-Maintains and enhances the company’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
-Maintain employee staff by recruiting, testing, and interviewing candidates, conduct exit interviews.
-Conduct orientation and training.
-Process employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
-Input employee time and attendance records.
-Maintain employee benefits programs – Insurance and Retirement.
-Process Certified Payroll as required.
-Implements human resource federal and state requirements.
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge of human resources.
